Their system captures operator behavior and machine outputs in real time—flagging defects, missed steps, or deteriorating performance before they compound into scrap, rework, or lost production time. Starting in plastics and injection molding, Tristar has built a foundational model architecture that can be rapidly fine-tuned across new lines and facilities, enabling a highly scalable expansion strategy.
